Last day of the long weekend ticking off the Torridon munros with Beinn Eighe.
The weather was for strong winds and a wet morning so i took the decision to reverse the usual route and get into the ridge sooner to avoid the stronger winds later. We made good progress up the steep ascent to Spidean coire nan Clach reaching the munro summit in just over a few hours. The wind was strong with heavy rain so we pushed on round the rocky ridge to our second munro of the day Ruadh Stac Mor. Here the weather cleared to sunshine and blue sky.
The team did well on the rocky, bouldery descent into the corrie below Triple buttress, where we then took a dryer walk out with views to Liathach and Beinn Alligin.
