Beinn Alligin, Torridon

A contrast of a day to yesterday on Beinn Alligin today: wet, windy and low cloud most of the day.

With the rain falling hard as we set off we settled into the steep ascent to our first munro, Tom na Gruagaich. A few breaks in the rain saw us at the summit but with very thick cloud we pushed on down the rocky descent to the second munro of the day, Sgurr Mor. With the same weather we descended towards the Horns by midday where the rain started to ease as we tackled the rocky steps up and over the 3 Horns of Alligin.

With 4 munros in Torridon ticked off there is just 2 more to go tomorrow on Beinn Eighe.
