Today was a better weather day so myself and Pitor headed for the northern peaks of Sgurr nan Gillean and Am Basteir. We had a dry ascent of Am Basteir via the bad step before going up the west ridge of Sgurr nan Gillean, we then descended the south ridge making for a good traverse of the peak.
