Today i was in Glen Coe ascending Stob Corie nan Lochan via the east ridge and descended via Broad Gully, for Lochaber Guides.
The snow level was at about 700m and still has a consistent covering to the summit. There are bare patches on all the buttresses and south facing aspects on the ridges. Even though all the snow is slushy having crampons on the mixed ridge up and down Broad gully definatly helped.
