Today was day 2 of winter skills in the Cairngorms with the Kingswood staff.
We focused upon navigation and going on a journey onto the plateaux. There were still very deep drifts of powder lower down, but higher up the slope was very icy.
We had a good journey to the spot heights of 1083m and 1026m by Lurcher’s crag in very testing white out conditions.
